Execution Blueprints.
From Concept to Execution – Fully Defined
Most transformation initiatives don’t fail because of strategy or technology.
They fail in the space between, where business processes, systems, and people are not fully aligned.
The Execution Blueprint closes that gap.
We design operational models that define how your organization will actually operate – before systems are built and before Go-live risk is introduced.
What We Do
We translate complex business requirements into a structured, actionable blueprint that aligns:
- Business processes
- Systems and integrations (ERP, WMS, WMS, Planning, etc.)
- Operational workflows
- Roles and decision points
The result is a clear, authorized, shared model of operations that enables teams to move forward with confidence.
What Is an Execution Blueprint?
An Execution Blueprint is not traditional documentation.
It is a build-ready and decision-ready operating model grounded in a structured business process model, designed to support real-world operations.
Each blueprint defines:
- Process Design (As-Is and To-Be). A clear understanding of current operations and the future-state model
- Business Process Model. Structured process flows that align business, systems, and execution
- System Alignment. How processes translate into system configuration and behavior
- Integration & Data Flows. How information moves across systems and functions
- Operational Scenarios & Exceptions. Real-world conditions, edge cases, and decision logic
- Roles & Responsibilities. Ownership, accountability, and decision-making structure
- Execution Roadmap. A clear path to implementation and readiness

Where It Applies
The Execution Blueprint is designed to scale based on your needs:
- Individual functions (e.g., warehouse operations, planning, order management)
- System implementations (ERP, WMS, IBP, OMS)
- Cross-functional process redesign
- Broader transformation initiatives
Whether laser-focused or enterprise-wide, the goal remains the same:
ensure clarity before execution begins.
Why It Matters
Without a defined execution model:
- Requirements remain incomplete and can be misinterpreted
- Systems are configured based on assumptions
- Teams operate with conflicting expectations
- Gaps emerge between testing and Go-live
- Rework increases cost, time, and risk
With an Execution Blueprint:
- Teams align before build begins
- Systems reflect actual operational needs
- Risks are identified early
- Implementation accelerates
- Go-live goes according to plan
What Makes It Different
Our approach is grounded in execution:
- Built from real operational experience
- Designed for complexity, not reliant on ideal scenarios
- Connects business, IT, and operations
- Focused on enabling successful implementation—not just design completion
We don’t just define processes.
We define how the business actually runs.
Proven in Complex Environments
We have applied this approach across diverse organizations, translating complex operational and system requirements into structured, execution-ready models that support successful implementation.
Outcome
The Execution Blueprint gives your organization:
- Clarity across teams and stakeholders
- Confidence in system design and implementation
- A structured path to go-live
- Reduced risk and rework
- A foundation for scalable operations

Warehouse Execution & Recovery

From Go-Live to Crisis – We Make Warehouses Work
Warehouses don’t fail on paper – they fail in execution.
Whether launching a new operation or stabilizing one that is struggling, the challenge is the same:
processes, systems, and people are not sufficiently aligned.
That’s where SplitLogiX comes in.

What We Do
We specialize in designing, stabilizing, and operationalizing warehouse environments at the most critical moments:
- New warehouse startups and go-lives
- Operational recovery (Warehouse 911)
- Process and execution redesign
Our focus is not theoretical strategy – it is real-world operations.
Warehouse Startup & Go-Live Support
Launching a warehouse is where small gaps become major failures.
We ensure your operation is fully defined and ready before volume hits the floor.
Our support includes:
- Operational process design
- Finalized end-to-end process flows
- Detailed work instructions for all activities
- Alignment between operations, systems, and teams
- Execution readiness across people, process, and technology
We work directly with your teams to ensure processes are not only designed – but understood, documented, and ready to be executed on Day One.
Warehouse 911: Operational Recovery
When a warehouse is in trouble, speed matters.
Our Warehouse 911 approach is designed to rapidly assess, triage, and stabilize operations.
Drawing from a medical Emergency Response model, we:
- Assess operational “vitals” (throughput, backlog, accuracy, labor)
- Identify root causes across process, system, and execution
- Stabilize critical workflows to prevent further disruption
- Implement structured process corrections
- Rebuild operational control and consistency
This approach has been recognized across the industry and is regularly presented at conferences as a practical framework for rescuing failing warehouse operations.
Our Core Focus: Execution
Across both startup and recovery, our work centers on one focus: How the warehouse actually runs
We design and define:
- Operational processes (clear, executable workflows)
- Business process models aligned to real-world execution
- Work instructions that drive consistency on the floor
- Decision points and exception handling
- Alignment between system behavior and operations
We don’t just create documentation.
We create clarity, structure, and control in operations.
Why It Matters
Without a clear operational design:
- Startups struggle to reach stability
- Teams operate inconsistently
- Systems are underutilized or misused
- Issues compound into larger failures
With SplitLogiX:
- Operations are defined before execution
- Teams are aligned and trained on real processes
- Go-lives stabilize faster
- Struggling operations regain control
- Performance becomes predictable
Proven Under Pressure
We are brought in when execution matters most:
- Before go-live, when there is no room for error
- After go-live, when operations are at risk
- When clarity, structure, and speed are required
Our experience spans complex, high-volume environments where getting it right is critical.
Outcome
Whether starting up or stabilizing, we deliver:
- Clear, executable operational models
- Consistent processes across teams
- Reduced disruption and risk
- Faster path to stable, scalable operations
”Our Company partnered with Adri and her team during the post-launch, hyper care phase of a fast-paced, complex, 24/7, JIT Plant Support Operation and it was the perfect match. They are anything but a consulting company, their team partnered with us and got their hands dirty every step of the way. Their front-end system knowledge, dedication and understanding of process development, documentation and training were key to achieving site stability. The Sunland Team
would be thrilled to partner with Adri’s team on future projects.”

Fast. Scalable. Built for Modern Business.
As an Odoo partner, SplitLogiX offers implementation of this pure Cloud, full-scope ERP system in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the cost that old-school ERP implementations used to require.
Our Experience – Delivered in Real Time
We only had four weeks between the decision to start our own company and the launch of SplitLogiX on May 1, 2025. Amongst everything else that happened in those four weeks, we had to implement an ERP system for ourselves from scratch.
Odoo was the only practical option within that time constraint – and aligned with the cost awareness required of a new startup company.
Having worked across multiple ERP platforms throughout our careers (including Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central, Acumatica, Syspro, Zoho, and others), we were struck by the speed and simplicity with which we achieved a fully operational deployment.
Within that timeframe, we successfully implemented:
- A multi-company structure (United States and South African entities)
- Automated intercompany transactions
- Multi-currency functionality with real-time exchange rate handling
Since go-live, we have continued to expand the platform with additional capabilities, including:
- Payroll
- Project Management
- And other core business functions
We then integrated the SplitLogiX AI Agent directly into our Odoo environment.
The result was a step-change in productivity – leveraging real-time data, automation, and AI-driven insights to streamline daily operations and decision-making.
Now, we bring that same capability to our clients.
